Kaindy lake is situated near the Tian Shan mountains and has a mysterious sunken forest. The lake was created from a result of a limestone landslide and an earthquake. This earthquake triggered a landslide which in turn created a natural dam. Over time the valley has been flooded by rainwater, covering the trees that grew here, creating this natural beauty.
